FAQ
How does booking work?
Send us your event details using the form below, and we’ll send a quote based on your estimated guest count. A 25% deposit holds your date. Two weeks before your event, we’ll confirm your final guest count and drink choices update your invoice to match. The remaining balance, minus your deposit, is due 7 days before your event.
Where do you travel?
We’re based in Orange County, and travel within OC is included. We also serve Los Angeles, San Diego, and Riverside counties, with travel quoted based on distance.
When do you need our final guest count?
Fourteen days before your event, so we can plan staffing and supplies. If it’s different from your original estimate, we’ll adjust your total, and your deposit still counts toward it. Adding guests after that? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it work.
What if our plans change?
Just let us know. Cancel 30 or more days out and we’ll refund your deposit in full. After that, we’re happy to apply it to a future date. Within 7 days of your event, staff and supplies are already set, so we usually can’t make changes. If something unexpected comes up, reach out and we’ll do what we can.
What do you need on site?
A flat spot about 8 × 8 ft, access to a standard outlet, and a bit of shade if you’re outdoors. We’ll arrive about an hour early to set up.
Can we customize the menu?
Yes. Choose up to four drinks from our menu, and we can add a custom cold foam flavor or a signature drink named for your event. Just mention it when you request a quote.
